This may vary...: It seems with sinusitis it may be easier to breathe through your mouth. With that the mouth would be drier and may become unhealthier since the saliva is not as present. The gums may become more inflamed, bad breath may become evident, and over time the teeth may be more susceptible to decay.

Misguided treatement: I have solved many toothaches with a good dose of antihistamine rather than doing a root canal.
