There are also rare immune deficiencies or inflammatory on conditions like eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.

Sometimes, chronic sinusitis is secondary to poor sinus drainage and congestion. There are congenital structural abnormalities in sinuses on occasion that benefit from surgical modifications. An experienced sinus surgeon could better advise you.
