Depends: It depends. Your nose is still healing, and there is probably still some swelling. It would be best to wait until this is resolved, probably 6 months (over the bridge and sides of the nose) to 12 months (nasal tip) after surgery. Discuss this further with your surgeon.

What for?: You've just undergone a rhinoplasty. More information is needed. Are your results not as expected? Typically final results of rhinoplasties take about 1 year to see. As far as injecting fillers into the nose... Unless there is something that is just so unsatisfying i would try to allow 6 months of healing. Please discuss with your surgeon before doing anything.

Wait: I would wait at least 6 months as swelling is still there from the initial surgery.

Time for swelling: Give it time for swelling to resolve which is typically a minimum of 5 months to a year following rhinoplasty.

Rhinoplasty: It's a little strange to want nonsurgical rhinoplasty after having rhinoplasty. You are still early after surgery so you should give your nose time to fully heal before deciding to pursue other interventions.

Nonsurgical nose job: If you had surgery just three months ago, you are healing still. It is not recommended to have injectable fillers at this time.

Filler rhinoplasty: A small percentage of rhinoplasty patients may need revision and this can be carried out using fillers. This non-surgical revision can be carried out after at least 3 months post surgery to allow the swelling to settle. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is also an alternative treatment for minor contour irregularities in patients who do not want surgical correction.
