Very customized: You really need to see a plastic surgeon who does rhinoplasty surgery (not all do). He/she will assess your airway/breathing and what you like/don't like about your nose. What you need depends very much on your skin, nose shape, ethnicity, and cosmetic desires. Small incisions may be required on columella, around nostrils, and within the nose. Suture +/- cartillage grafts under skin of nose.

Yes: The skin and soft tissue of the nose are lifted and the underlying structure of the nose are reshaped. It usually takes about 1-2 hours, and is outpatient surgery.

Rhinoplasty: Rhinoplasty involves precise manoeuvres to reshape the bone and cartilage of the nose in order to improve form and function. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
