Raynauds: Is a disorder where small blood vessels in the fingers constrict in response to cold and pain ensues. There may be a reason behind this such as an inflammatory or endocrine disorder or it vans occur by itself. Speak to your pcp about this . There are medications that may help ranging from niacin a vitamin to blood pressure calcium blocker i nitrous acting meds. Such as viagra (sildenafil) or nitropaste
