Concussion: The tingling on the scalp may be scar tissue around a nerve that supplies sensation to the scalp. A nerve block or neuropathic compound cream can help relieve the tingling. Intermittent ringing and hearing loss is unlikely permanent damage to hearing and may not be related to the concussion. See an ear, nose and throat surgeon (otolaryngologist) for an evaluation.
