See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Hmmmmm : Sounds like you have breathing problems? If you think it is causing shortness of breath go to the emergency room pleuritic pain is non specific - look it up it is from the lining of your lungs i am not sure you are having pleuritic pains but usually they get worse as you take a deeper breath.
