Im a 34yr old female with primary hypertension, on treatment. ive noticed pigmentation on the tops of my feet recently - like brown freckles. no other symptoms - no pain or swelling. should i go see my gp? i can send a picture?

GP: Would be best as all changes have to be evaluated in the right context and that includes well documented medical history, current treatment, allergies, previous resolved issues and overall response to treatment. Moreover, any rash has to be evaluated clinically and an exam including other areas of the body would be needed. Do see you GP timely.
