Medical History: That really varies. Your chance of getting pregnant each month can be as high as 20-25%. However that is highly variable, if your periods are irregular, the sperm count is low, or one of your fallopian tubes was damaged from a prior surgery, infection or endometriosis, the chance can be much lower.

~20% per cycle: Chance for conception in couples trying to get pregnant is ~20% per month (lower with advancing reproductive age of female partner) - ~50% of couples pregnancy by 6 months, ~85% pregnant by one year.
