Couple of things: Intercourse every other day from day 10-22 of your cycle if you have a 28-30 day cycle. Day 1 is the first day of your period. Do not use KY for lubricant.

See infertility doc: At age 43, your chance of getting pregnant on your own is significantly decreased. You should talk with an infertility specialist about your options as soon as possible. Hope things happen for you!
