Go to emergency room: Those symptoms could be a transient ischemic attack but should be treated as a possible stroke and evaluated in the emergency room. Time is critical in getting the best medical care and you lose the ability to utilize certain interventions if you present to emergency room outside of that critical window of time.

Get a doctor: Do not treat yourself, and do not worry about aspirin, as it does not work if blood flow is a problem in the brain. Granted you may just have a complex, classical migraine attack, but get this diagnosed and get the BP controlled. See your doctor or the er immediately and get this fixed.
