Possible infection: You may need antibiotics, and you should definitely call your providers office for answers. If this is recent extractions, then it is not unusual, if it is awhile ago it would be more concerning. Best thing to do is call your providers office. Best of luck.

See your dentist: Go back to the dentist who extracted your wisdom tooth. There may be something going on that the dentist can treat. This may be normal healing, as you didn't give an indication how long ago you had your wisdom tooth out. It is best to have someone look at the area to determine if something is not healing right, or if there is something else going on there.
