Edge of the extracti: Most likely it is the edge of the extraction siteand the gingiva has been lacerated exposing the bone itself. Most times it heals but sometimes it has to be smoothed down surgically. It is a common thing to happen.

White lump: May be exposed bone around edge of extraction site. Please see the General Dentist or Specialist Oral Surgeon who removed the wisdom tooth for follow-up care.
