Won't hurt or help : It is very important to keep you lip clean. If you are using the mouthwash to help your lip stay clean and free from bacteria and infection it most likely not do anything benificial for you, it should not no any harm but it won't helpyou either. It is important to keep you lip clean while things heal so if you want to use a mouthwash use an fresh bottle.

Yes: Because it is expired probably won't matter. But knowing what the ingredients in the mouthwash is. It may hurt if you have alcohol in the mouthwash.
