Depends: Treatment of tendonitis will depend on body part for sure. First of all how did you get it in the first place? If upper body you could have imbalance of muscles groups or faulty mechanics if a overhead or racquet sport. If lower body-muscle imbalance, alignement, foot wear, etc. Find out the cause and one you know this you can hopefully prevent it.
