KERATOSIS PILARIS!: My current research (rheumatology 1: 2012), shows that virtually all patients with this extensor surface rash, usually of the upper arms, have sinusitis, usually chronic, seen on x-ray or ct-scan. The creams are generally worthless. It was thought secondary to allergies, but these promote chronic sinusitis. Keratolytic creams containing salicyclic acid will help, but you need sinusitis cure.!

Keratosis Pilaris: Treatments for keratosis pilaris may consist of moisturizing or keratolytic treatments including: urea, lactic acid, salicylic acid, or topical retinoids. Topic anti arthritis creams not usually used and not effective.
