Any of them: Or any combination. 3% salicylic acid cream is also used.Results vary widely.

Moisturizer: This is a manifestation of dry skin and regular application of any moisturizer within 3 mins after bathing often controls it. If necessary, one may consider using a cream with 20% urea but no more. I would not use Retin A (tretinoin) since it just make the skin even drier.
