Pls help!i have keratosis pilaris. im using retin a (tretinoin) at night and urea20% morning and afternoon for 1 month still no effect.what other cream can i use?

Keratosis pilaris: Some have use lactic acid lotions ( like Amlactin-get doc approval before using it with retinoids/ urea) ) , or laser. Can try a bath scrub when showering with olive oil/ coconut oil and sugar that softens the skin. Discuss with doctor
