How do i alleviate the pain after a tooth bleaching session?

Sensitivy???: After bleaching you teeth can become sensitive to cold ( most common side effect) . You can use a desensitizing tooth paste( sensodyne) . You can also rinse with a Fluoride rinse, or have trays made and place a Fluoride gel ( can brush on if don't have trays) . These usually calm the teeth down.

Fluoride: I recommend using a Fluoride gel in the bleaching tray. Your dentist can prescribe this for you or may have it available in his or her office. I would also avoid cold foods and beverages while the teeth are sensitive.Bleach.
