Yes: Small ones; all surgical procedures that involve cutting or puncturing of the skin result in scars. The appearance of the scar depends on many factors. Most heal 'well'.

Yes: All surgery create scars, both inside and outside. Laporoscopic cholecystectomy leaves anywhere from one to three small visible scars on abdomen. The internal scars are pretty much the same regardless of approach used to remove the gallbladder.
