Healing and Rehab: Injured workers are not productive workers and are prone to further injury and injury of others. Employers want healthy productive workers. Company productivity is increased, legal risks are limited and costs are less. No one wants an injured worker to decline in health, become disabled and non-productive. All of society then bears the burden let alone the worker and his family.
