Very broad : This question covers a large area and many diffrent dz possibilties. More info is needed. When does it occur? What makes it better or worse? Any fevers? Any weight loss? Etc what tests were done already? What specialists have you seen so far? What tests did they run? So a complete history and phyiscal needs to be done. Full battery of labs including rheumatology panel. Xrays, ultrsound, cat scan et.
