See your doctor: You might need to have some of the other hormones adjusted to make sure you have normal thyroid levels and cortisone levels. If you have not seen a specialist (endocrinologist) recently, please make an appointment. Also, you should have a full checkup to evaluate you for other conditions (cancers, infections, depression, etc) that can cause fatigue and check your diet and exercise patterns.

If lab for: Thyroid therapy appropriate, and getting 'standard doses of hydrocortisone, then look for other causes- see endocrinologist and primary care md.
