GER without GERD: Of the 70 million americans with reflux, about half have symptoms without esophageal inflammation. Your recently-negative endoscopy just put you in that category. The best treatment for ger (gastroesophageal reflux without disease), aside from behavior & diet modification (answered previously on healthtap), is use of acid blocker drugs (not "enzymes" which can hurt you depending on their potency).
