Uterine hyperplasia: Hyperplasia means overgrowth of the cells (in this case in the uterus). It actually is something you might expect to find if you're having excessive bleeding. (is this why the D&C was done?) hyperplasia usually causes no symptoms until it is severe, which is when you might get bleeding. Once treated, and as long as there is no atypia, it tends to go away. No need to worry.
