Yes: Situs inversus simply means that the internal organs are arranged in a mirror image pattern compared to most individuals. In isolation, there is no risk to pregnancy. Situs inversus can be associated with other medical conditions, such as congenital heart disease, in which case there is an increased risk for pregnancy. A complete evaluation prior to conception is warranted.

Many do: Situs inversus itself does not make child bearing a bad idea but some with the process have a variety of congenital heart defects or other issues that might make the process risky. A discussion with the docs who know your condition best should answer the question better.
