Is there an oldest practical age for a woman to have children?

Define practicle: A woman in good health can often have kids well into her 40's & not suffer any setbacks for her own health. Pregnancy later has occurred & in theory can do so until the eggs run out.Another issue is the increasing risk of abnormal outcome with age.Down syndrome is least common if mom is in her early 20's, approaches 1/100 at 40 & 1/10 at 50. All pregnancies have some risk of an unexpected outcome.
