Not bisphophonates: Osteogenesis imperfecta (oi) does not have a cure, and treatment options are few (mainly to try to decrease fractures). Bisphophonates are being used and help somewhat, but long-term effects are not in yet. Since bisphophonates alter calcium metabolism and bone formation, they are not used in pregnancy. A woman with oi should consult a geneticist, because oi is a dominant-type inheritable trait.

Most: Osteogenesis imperfecta is a genetic problem. All treatments i know of are supportive and would not interfere with a baby directly.
