Yes: Mri can be more sensitive to a subtle fracture than even a nuclear bone scan. For most purposes, the bone scan should still be adequate however.

Yes: if the MRI is of the fractured part of the foot, it will show on MRI. Though typically most fractures can be diagnosed with an x-ray

DontNeedMriForFractu: You do not need an expensive imaging like MRI to diagnose and treat fractures.But if MRI is done for some other reason it will show foot fractureif it is there
