Infection: An abscessed tooth can cause radiating pain. You should seek asn examination and adequate dental radiogra;phs for an accurate diagnosis.

Depends: It is possible that a broken tooth or an abscess is causing the problem, if its on the left side, even at your young age, radiating left jaw pain can be an indication of heart issues and you should have the dental issue address first as it would be unusual at 29 years old.

Infection : You could have an infection or if you still have your wisdom teeth and they are trying to erupt it can cause pain, my suggestion is to go and see a dentist before it gets worse.

Few things: Dental problems can cause pain whick radiates to jaw/ear. TMj problems can cause pain referred to teeth. complex system. Start with dental exam. May need referral to TMj orofacial pain expert.
