Does it matter what clothes i wear to physical therapy?

Yes: You should wear loose, comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the injured body area. Dresses are never a good idea. Proper shoes for walking/exercise. Shorts for knee/leg injuries. Sports bra or bathing suit top for neck/back/shoulder injuries. Ask your therapist for their recommendations.

See below: It really depends on what you are going to be doing in pt. In general, it is helpful to wear relative loose comfortable clothes.
