can i wear a neck brace for 3 weeks for chronic neck muscle pain that hasnt responded to physical therapy or meds?

Yes you can: yes you can if it is making you more comfortable. you need to apply heat, and take muscle relaxant. and pain medication like naproxen or ibuprofen. not better get MRI to make sure that there is no internal damages
