I am having irregular periods. it came only 3-4 times a year since 2010 in average. is that an early sign of pcos? how about my chances of conceiving?

Could be: Hormone testing and ultrasound should tell you this answer. Treated pcos has excellent chances of conception.

Yes, but ...: Pcos requires 2 of 3 things: irregular cycles, polycystic ovaries and/or extra androgens ("male hormones"). Virtually all pcos women have irregular cycles and we often use pco to describe these women. Irregular cycles means irregular ovulation. Medication works but also diet, exercise, reduced stress and checking for other fertility factors. Great chance for conception with specialist help. Best.
