I would say,yes: With complicating situations -like endometrioisis,PCOS it is better to conceive at your age which is the correct age for conception with these conditions as there will be definitely hormonal imbalance with these conditions . See your Ob & Gyn doctor first . You will have enough time for your first conception if you start now.
