No worries: Would not worry about a small occasional spike. Consider magnesium supplements which can help bp. Also potassium.

Normal: It is normal to have fluctuations in blood pressure throughout the day. This is part of living. As long as your BP is normal most of the time, you are doing well. Good job on getting off the medication. Continue healthy lifestyle so you can remain off of it.
