See a REI specialist: If polycystic ovarian sydrome (pcos) and irregular periods it can take longer to conceive because you're not ovulating every month. Even with pcos a 22 year old should not take 2-3 years to conceive. It should still be possible. See a reproductive endocrinologist (rei) to help you get pregnant - we check you for low egg supply (less likely at 22), blocked tubes, uterine problems, or sperm issues.
