Extremely variable: but could be helped by weight loss and potential use of metformin which can reduce the basic metabolic problem of insulin resistance, Actually, PCOS tends to decrease in severity as you age. Plus, you've already been able to become pregnant, so further pregnancy is alwasy possible.
