See an ob gyn: Often times women with PCOS don't ovulate normally and without normal ovulation pregnancy is hard to achieve. If you are overweight and you lose just 10% of your body weight you may start to ovulate normally. Other times your doctor may start you on a medication called metformin to help you ovulate. Many ob gyns are comfortable with PCOS but if yours isn't they may refer you to an REI.
