It sounds like you: May have injured disc by creating tear through its outer portion known as an annular tear or even sustained disc herniation. Most get better. Try some otc medication if no contraindications & restrict your activities avoiding twisting, bending & prolonged positioning while doing some simple stretching & cardio routines. If you smoke, stop & lose weight if you need to. If no better, see doctor.
