I fell very hard on my right backside last night. it is impossible to sit, and very painful to walk in my lower left buttock. not the tailbone. ?

Buttock fall: May be musculoskeletal, try ice 10 minutes on 50 minutes off, Motrin( if not allergic) ,Epsom salt bath ( 1/4 cup in bath x 15-20 minutes). If persists (more then 48 hours) consider x-ray to make sure you did not fracture a vertebra,hip or coccyx (tailbone). If you have leg weakness, uneven leg length, bowel or bladder issues blood in urine, that is a medical emergency and go to ER .
