I had a pelvic ultra sound in jan.,2014 and my ovaries were good, does this mean they are still good.

No.: A normal US then does not guarantee anything now, but it would be quite unusual for something to suddenly happen to your ovaries which have been "normal" up until 10 months ago. Not sure why anyone was looking at your ovaries - you must have had symptoms which prompted a look. You should discuss this with your doc.
