Confirmed ??: If confirmed early enough ( within 24-36 hrs of first fever) tamiflu (oseltamivir) can suppress the intensity of symptoms. The patient will still have it & can spread it but may not feel as bad. After 48hrs the tamiflu (oseltamivir) is generally a waste of time & money.
