Please read this: U.S. Centers for disease control and prevention (cdc) recommends the flu vaccine for everyone, including children starting at 6 months. (babies under 6 months are too young to get vaccinated.

Every year after 6m: The babies immune system is mature enough to benefit from a flu shot starting at 6 mo and one should be given then, a month later & then every year. If you have not given one yet, start as soon as the newest flu vaccine is available before flu season.
