Ask Pediatrician: If Venteze contains salbutamol (a bronchodilator for treating asthma-type wheezing), the medicine is for people age 2 years and up. Experienced doctors might use it in younger kids while supervising them, but babies often have bronchiolitis from RSV virus rather than typical asthma, and thus do not improve with albuterol or salbutamol. Can ask one's Pediatrician directly, for details.

Selective use: If the baby has repeated episodes of wheezing with colds, or has a bronchospasm relieved by a nebulized form of the medication, during respiratory illness, the medication may be used in an inhaled form selectively. For upper respiratory infections, colds without wheezing or bronchospasm it is not indicated. A family history of asthma and wheezing, allergic disease increases the baby's risk.
