See below: The difference between systolic(top#) and diastolic (bottom) can be used as a measure of vascular stiffness and can be important in valvular heart disease especially in the elderly. In this case not likely to be an issue . Also diastolic blod pressure is frequently not measured accurately.

Hello! I recently had an annual exam with a blood pressure of 136/76 which the nurse said was good. They didnt say anything else. I looked up the numbers online and 136 seems high.
