Neuropathy: Secondary to sciatica. Visit an orthopedist or neurologist. Gentle stretching and anti inflammatories can be tried.

Doubt SV: Type of pain more in keeping with radiculopathy (radiation from upper leg to lower.). Spider veins can hurt in localized area and will not radiate to other areas. Hip pathology can result in pain going down the leg. See orthopedist for definitive answer.
