Possible infection: You may have a tooth infection where it is draining to the floor of your mouth. It could also be an allergic reaction. See your dentist or oral surgeon right away.

Your tongue: Your symptoms sound serious and i would suggest that you visit and oral maxillofacial surgeon as soon as possible for a thorough evaluation. There are many possible causes for your symptoms. It is very concerning that the area under your tongue is swollen.
