Hard to tell: Without seeing you it is hard to tell what is normal and what is pathological. I would suggest having a dentist look at you to give you a diagnosis. I have had many patients look at their tongue and tell me they have a problem and when i look at their tongue it looks normal... The pain could be a neurological condition...
