Only if allergies: Zyrtec (cetirizine) (cetrizine) can only help you deal w/allergy symptoms. So if the bags under your eyes represent an allergic response, then the antihistamine might help.

Depends on cause: If the eye bags are from allergies, then continued use of zyrtec (cetirizine) will them. If they are from other causes, like prominent fat pads beneath the skin, then zyrtec (cetirizine) will not work, and you might want to consider a blepharoplasty.
