See your doctor: See your doctor first. You can get a comprehensive workup including lab tests to determine why you have swelling. There can be many different reasons for swelling- excess dietary sodium, high blood pressure, thyroid issues, among others.

GEN'L MEDICAL ISSUE: Swelling in these three areas indicate , to me, some type of general medical condition. You should be seen by your primary doctor or an internist, so they can physically exam you; maybe some blood work. Regards, Dr. Latva
